About Us

 

The organization was named 3L because of the conviction held by its owners in life long learning. Classroom training is only effective if the participants show improvement at the workplace. Many organizations find this a daunting task, especially for soft skills training programs. Various reasons are cited for this problem. Among them, the lack of follow up has been quoted as the main reason for training ineffectiveness.

 

3L decided that its purpose of existence should be beyond typical classroom delivery. Leveraging on the expertise and experience from its consultants, 3L has developed a system which goes beyond classroom training. The system will provide participants the means to transfer their learning to the workplace.
