I am comfortable w/ you delivering GEMS or any customer service related trainings. I always take inputs from my team members but it does not mean that…that will be my only basis for making decision.
I’ve advised Alisha this morning that we’ll use you for customer service related trainings. So far, I’m happy w/ how 3L serves MediaCorp.
I’ll need your help to design a customer frontline service trainings for my HR Hub (i.e. functions like a call center). They are about 12 to 15 of them. Plus, I want to have a mindset change/ team building for all my HR folks (1 day programme).

I’d appreciate if you can give 3L Consulting, our training provider the status of the payment. From April, at least once every month, we will be asking them to run SPUR course for MediaCorp.
